I believe I play Xbox Live a tad bit too much. Seeing as how I'm a girl I probably shouldn't be playing at all... but... AH screw it =] I have way too much on my mind that needs to leave in a healthy form (it's either I nail people with virtual energy swords in a virtual world *cough* Halo 2 *cough* ... or I slam my head into a wall out of frustration because of their utter stupidity). Today my mom screamed at me for looking hideously skinny. Her description was "You look so skinny you seem to have some sort of disease you're so ugly." When I got upset because she called me ugly her reply was something along the lines of, "I meant you look hideously skinny! Like.. you have some sort of... parasite." Needless to say the two people I was playing Swat against were at a ridiculous disadvantage because I was taking out my fury on them...
Ah but it's okay. I'm actually very happy right now. My mom keeps starting things with me, but luckily for her I'm feeling extremely good on the inside. Yesterday was my prom. I didn't go. Instead, I spent the evening with my best friend. We went to see X-Men Origins and then ate at Macaroni Grill because that is.. hands down... our favorite restaurant. When he drove me home, we stood outside for a bit looking at the Big Dipper. The stars were quite bright last night... And today I was going through pictures of everyone else's prom and reading about how great it was and I starting laughing because of how ridiculously thrilled I was about not having gone. I guess you know you're in love with someone when you skip your own prom just to have a casual night out doing what you love. We've been going out for quite a while and I'm still in awe about how well matched we are. Haha prom. Sorry, that still makes me laugh...
